A week of Fun

Last week was one fun week for us! After we celebrated fathers day we went to Indy and spent some time visiting with family. Abe had a blast! We swam, played outside, went to chick fil a, and spent some time with our Grandma Joy! On Friday we went to Eagle creek park with Pappy and had a picnic.
Koryn also came home on Friday and we were able to play with her. Her and I took turns jumping in the pool and Abe decided to give it go! He was a mad man in a life jacket! He kept jumping in over and over saying "I'm superman, mom!" I couldn't tell if he was really holding his breath or if he was just letting water get in it.
Saturday we were in little kid heaven. We spent a day out with Thomas. Thomas the Tank Engine. Going on the train ride was the highlight. There was everything you could want with Thomas and Friends merchandise. Abe had a blast.



Sunday we celebrated with our home church, Traders Point as they spent thier last sunday in thier current building. It was sad for us becuase that is where we both got baptized. They are moving into a new building and we are excited about the new ministry opportunities that will come about. After church we made the long drive back. Coming home to reality.

Its nice to be home, we had to hurry and plan for Abe's impending 3rd birthday. He is having a campout with some friends! Mimi, papaw, ang and koryn will be coming in, too. He does not quite know what it is all about, we have been telling him that he is 3 and he replys "I'm 5!"

This week should be fun, too!
